Weathermatic has named Lex Mason Chief Executive Officer, effective April 24, 2026. Mason previously served as President of the company, where he played a central role in reshaping Weathermatic from an irrigation equipment manufacturer into a technology partner for the commercial landscape industry.

Mason was instrumental in building Weathermatic’s LMC Partner Program, which now supports hundreds of landscape contractors and property managers nationwide. Mike Mason, who served as CEO, transitions to Chairman of the Board.
